Emilie (aka AmyPunky Photography) and Damien wanted to keep things simple and decided upon an intimate celebration close to Emilie’s parents home in a little village in Normandy. It was indeed a special time and such a privilege to document. You guys rock and thanks so much for inviting me.

St. Sophia Cathedral and the Savoy Hotel are truly amazing London venues, but neither could out class these guys. Their wedding day was all about them, who they are, and the way they like to do things. Just the way it should be.

2011 was such an incredible year in so many ways. The things I have learnt, the places I’ve seen, the people I met, the things I’ve experienced. It was the year we found out Beth was pregnant and the year I decided to follow my heart, dream big, and took the plunge to do photography full time. What followed completely exceeded my expectations…

2011 took me to Costa Rica, Italy, Finland, France, Singapore and all over London and the UK to photograph weddings. Each was an amazing journey and I could never wait to photograph the next. But more than the career change and the places I’ve been, it’s been the people I’ve met along the way that made it truly special…

To all my 2011 couples and new friends; it was so good to meet you and thanks so much for allowing me to capture your special days – it was such a privilege and I wish you the most incredible futures together. God bless you.

Putting this selection of photographs together was so hard! There are probably way too many, but I just could’ve leave any of these out. For me they each tell a story and bring back such good memories. I hope you enjoy them.

It’s always great to spend some time hanging with my wedding couples with the chance to explore somewhere new, get creative and take a photograph or two.

There’s something special about getting married just around the corner to your home. For one day Katie & Patrick invited their friends and loved ones to Stoke Newington, London to celebrate their wedding and the start of an awesome life together.

It was a very special day and I can’t wait to share it with you – I hope you enjoy these portraits in the meantime.

To me, Singapore will always be special.

My mother is Singaporean, though met my father in the UK where I was born and raised. From an early age, every summer we would travel back to visit family, sweat in the humidity and eat good food. Singapore is the reason I have the travel bug so bad and also why I always wanted to be a pilot as a kid.

I owe a lot to those early trips. Lots of fond memories…

Last month I flew to Singapore to photograph Heng & Michelle’s incredible wedding. It was awesome. Gate crashing, tea ceremonies, amazing food, people, weather. It had it all. I had a grin like a Cheshire cat the whole time I was there.
